• Lladró orders can take 2 to 5 weeks to arrive, depending on your selection.
• Items we have in stock will take between 3 to 10 days' to arrive.
• Once you have placed your order we will notify you to confirm the timeframe for delivery.

Lladró retains its investment value only when the piece is in perfect Mint condition. For Mint condition please keep the original packaging to ensure safety during transit if the piece is to be moved.

Regular dusting with a fine brush will retain its lustre. If necessary, you may use a gentle wipe, but do not wipe with any liquid other than water.

Repairs can be possible where small pieces have been damaged or dislodged (such as a flower). These are called spare parts and can be replaced. Contact us to order the spare part from Lladró. 

Structural repairs will result in the piece no longer being considered in Mint condition.
