Lladro pieces not currently held in stock in New Zealand are ordered directly from Lladro, Spain. Your order will take approximately 2 weeks to arrive in NZ and it is then shipped to you. To avoid disappointment, we recommend allowing up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive.

Please let us know if your order is for a special event so we can assist you to get your purchase in time for that event.
