Your porcelain can be safely used in the oven, microwave and dishwashers. Sudden changes in temperature (e.g. from freezer to oven) are likely to cause thermal shock, which will damage your porcelain. We recommend placing very hot items onto either wood or cloth.

To avoid glaze scratches ideally your MUD porcelain will be stored in plate racks or with linen/felt between each item (we sell the felts).

Irregularities in size, glaze and texture, reflect the many human touches received during the making process. 

There are seven premium colours: Red, Plum, Slate, Orange, Yellow, Wasabi and Ink. These are a higher cost because of the materials used to create these colours.  

Pieces are made with a glaze finish (inside as per photos) or unglazed (completely matt finish). We sell the glazed on our site as standard, but if you would like the unglazed matt finish for your piece/s please Live Chat (or email/phone) us as this can be ordered in for you.
