This imposing elephant is also joining the Origami collection. When depicted with its trunk upwards, this animal is a symbol of good luck, prosperity and victory. Like the rest of the pieces in this collection, this is a contemporary innovative vision of the traditional Japanese art of origami, in which the geometric shapes produced by folding paper are transformed into highly sculptural and decorative facets. Elephant is decorated with a deep blue colour, masterfully applied on matte porcelain.
